Terry Lee Milner, 73, of Ward passed away on November 6, 2021. He was born April 9, 1948 in Paragould, Arkansas to the late Aubrey Everett and Eula Evelyn Milner. In addition to his parents, Terry was preceded in death by his grandchildren, Savannah Leigh Turner and James Anthony White.

Those left to cherish Terry's memory include his wife, Lycil Milner; children, Joanna Francis Waters, Tony Lee Milner, and James White; grandchildren, Whitney (Henry) Rosado, James Turner II, Heather (Hector) Nieves, Daniel (Rose) Walker, and Tabitha White; and great-grandchildren, Makenzy Utley, Penelope Rosado, Samuel Rosado, Nestine Patterson, Maverick Turner and Krystabella Turner.

Funeral services will be 2:00 p.m., Sunday, November 14, 2021 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home. Visitation will be the evening prior, 5:00 to 7:00 p.m., Saturday, November 13, 2021 at the funeral home. Terry will be laid to rest with military honors immediately following the service at Chapel Hill Memorial Park.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Tony Milner, Michael Anthony, Archie Elefant, Brian Toland, Noel Galang, Greg Oginski, Randy Stratton, and Henry Rosado.
