Thomas "Tommy" Wayne Taylor, 87, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away February 6, 2025. He was born January 21, 1938 in McCrory, Arkansas to the late Coy Edward and Ruby Mae Taylor.

Pops was a friend to everyone. He loved and was well loved. He enjoyed fishing, hunting (as a young man), working on anything he could get his hands on, spending time at the casino, but more than anything he loved spending time with his family.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by two sons, Halton "Eddie" Taylor and Michael Wayne Taylor; brother, Carol Taylor; and brother-in-law, Roy Blazer.

He is survived by his life long partner, Roberta Daniels; daughter, Becky (Brian) Davidson; grandchildren, Victoria (Chandler) Strain, Amaliya Taylor, Haley Heffner, Brandon Davidson, and Carter Gartman; great-grandchildren, McKinley Ann, Sophia Spring, and Ryeleigh Blake; sisters, Naomia (James) Medlin and Nadine Blazer; along with many nieces and nephews.

There will be a funeral service at 2:00PM on Monday, February, 10, 2025 at Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home, 1504 Loop Road, Jacksonville, Arkansas with burial to follow at Chapel Hill Memorial Park. There will be visitation prior to the service beginning at 1:00PM at the funeral home.
