Tony Keith Scroggins, 72, of Jacksonville passed away September 8, 2026. He was born July 4, 1954 in Judsonia, Arkansas to the late Albert Sr. and Audie (Chumley) Scroggins. Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife, Evelyn Scroggins; brothers, Albert Scroggins, Jr., Jack Scroggins, Floyd Scroggins, and Marvin Scroggins; sisters, Geraldine Owens, Brenda Phipps, and Sinda Babb; son, Kenny Larkin; and niece, Dina Darden.

Tony enjoyed fishing on his boat, car shows with his beloved 66’ Chevy Chevelle, and spending time with his grandchildren and great grandson.

Tony is survived by his children, Christina Scroggins and Brian Scroggins; three grandchildren, Shelby Scroggins, Brileigh Scroggins, and Logan Scroggins; one great grandson and Pawpaw’s fishing buddy, Grey Scroggins; brothers, Jeffrey “Rocky” (Senia) Scroggins and David “Davy” Scroggins; sisters, Peggy (Sam) Burks, Laura (Dale) Andrews, Sabrina (Terry) Taylor, and Lois Douglas; and a host of nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be 2:00 p.m. Saturday, September 19, 2026 at Moore’s Jacksonville Funeral Home. Visitation will be half an hour prior, beginning at 1:30 p. m.
