Travis E. Gardner, age 86, of Jacksonville, Arkansas passed away October 27, 2025 surrounded by his loving family. He was born on May 23, 1939 to the late Melvin and Ethel (Simpson) Gardner.

Travis served in the Army Reserves and then spent his career in Technical Services for GTE.  He was an avid hunter, fisherman, gardener and most of all, a family man. He enjoyed traveling with his wife visiting the U.S. National Parks.

Along with his parents, he is preceded in death by siblings, Betty (William) Leavitt, Shirl Faye (Charles) Jones, and Doug (Molly) Gardner.

He is survived by his loving wife of 61 years, Ann Gardner; children, Gregory Gardner and Amy (Denny) Woodard; grandchildren, Jackson, and Emily; siblings, Lloyd Gardner and Jan Tubbs;  and extended family.

Family and friends are invited to attend the visitation from 5:30-7:30p.m. on Thursday, October 30, 2025 at Moore's Funeral Home in Jacksonville, Arkansas. The family will have a private graveside service.
