Virginia Nachtigall Meckes, 97, of Cabot passed away July 29, 2020. She was born in Cleveland, Ohio to parents Walter and Dorothy Nachtigall on January 8, 1923.  In addition to her parents, Virginia is preceded in death by her husband, John Joseph Meckes and her brother, Walter Nachtigall.

She is survived by her daughters, Kay Swanson, Dorrie Meckes and Patricia Holland; as well as three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
