Walter Willis Sutton, Jr., 79, of Conway, passed away Tuesday, August 23, 2022. He was born December 10, 1942 in Nashville, Georgia to the late Walter Willis Sutton, Jr. and Margaret Springer Sutton. Walter proudly served his country in the United States Navy, from which he retired. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars and the Conway Twenty-Five.

Walter is survived by his children, Nicole (Lane) Housley of Greenbrier, Wally (Tricia) Sutton, III, of Lovelady, Texas and Kerry Sutton of Jacksonville; twelve grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; siblings, Donald Sutton and Diane Dolan; his fur baby, Jade, as well as many extended family members and friends.

Graveside services with military honors will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday, August 27, 2022 at Chapel Hill Memorial Park in Jacksonville. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service.
