Staff members of Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home are caring and experienced professionals who understand that each family is unique and has personal requests and traditions. These requests and traditions are of utmost importance to our staff of licensed funeral directors.

John Harris
Owner
John began his career working for a funeral home during high school. He graduated in 1985 from Central State University in Edmond, Oklahoma with a B.S. Degree in Special Arts and Sciences specializing in funeral services.
Following college, he was employed with the Mills Corporation working in several communities throughout Oklahoma. In 1993, John moved to Dallas where he was employed with Stewart Enterprises. During his tenure with Stewart, he was involved with mergers and acquisitions throughout the Southwest United States. He became General Manager of Restland Funeral Home and Cemetery, the second largest funeral home in North America. In 2002, John and his wife, Carol moved to Arkansas after purchasing Buie Funeral Homes in Rison and Sheridan.
In 2003, they acquired Moore’s Jacksonville Funeral Home and in 2004, they acquired their fourth location, Cabot Funeral Home. In 2016, Memorial Funeral Home was their fifth funeral home, located in Springdale, Arkansas. In 2017, John and Carol acquired Thomas Funeral Service located in Cabot. Heritage Funeral Home of Springdale was added to the organization in 2019. Benton County Memorial Park & Funeral Home, located in Rogers, Arkansas was recently acquired. With this acquisition, Resthaven Pet Cemetery was included in the purchase.
John obtained his private pilot’s license in 2019. John and Carol have two children, Grace (2022 graduate of Ole Miss) and Tucker (2024 graduate of SMU). Traveling, golfing and tennis occupy the spare time away from the businesses.

Jeff Mock
General Manager
Jeff has been with Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home and Moore's Cabot Funeral Home since 2004. He was raised in Pocahontas, Arkansas and is a 1987 graduate of Pocahontas High School.
Following high school, he served in the United States Army from 1988 to 1994 and fought in the Persian Gulf War. While in the military, Jeff met his future wife, Becky (Stringfellow), and they were married in 1990. They have two daughters, Ashley Danielle and Autumn Ryan and six grandchildren. Jeff attended Northwest Mississippi Community College and graduated in 1998 with an Associate of Applied Science Degree in Mortuary Science.

Jeff Mock
General Manager
Jeff has been with Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home and Moore's Cabot Funeral Home since 2004. He was raised in Pocahontas, Arkansas and is a 1987 graduate of Pocahontas High School.

Larry Wade
Cemetery Manager
Larry is the Cemetery Manager for Chapel Hill Memorial Park. He has been with the company since 2004. Larry is responsible for the entire cemetery operations with respect to grave digging, setting monuments, cemetery ground maintenance, cemetery record keeping, and cemetery lot sales. He is married to Karen. They have two children. Larry is a devout Christian who has traveled abroad extensively on mission trips.

Paige Gaikowski
Funeral Director/Embalmer
Originally from South Dakota, Paige made Arkansas her home and joined the caring and dedicated team at Moore’s Jacksonville Funeral Home in February 2024. With more than a decade of experience in funeral service, she is committed to providing families with compassionate guidance, professionalism, and personalized care during some of life’s most difficult moments.
Paige earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Dakota State University before pursuing her passion for funeral service at Mid-America College of Funeral Service, where she earned her degree in Mortuary Science. She has been a licensed funeral director since 2015 and brings extensive knowledge and experience to every family she serves.
In addition to her funeral director license, Paige is a licensed Certified Crematory Operator and a Certified Funeral Service Practitioner. She takes great pride in helping families honor and celebrate the lives of their loved ones, approaching each family with compassion, understanding, and attention to detail.
When she is away from the funeral home, Paige enjoys relaxing with a good book and exploring new places with her two dogs.

Tracy Hatcher
Administrative Assistant/Funeral Director
Tracy joined Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home in March of 2023 as an Administrative Assistant. She was born and raised in Jacksonville. Tracy is married to her husband, Terrance. They have two daughters, Zari and Alana along with three dogs, Angelina, Louie, and Jax.
Tracy graduated from the University of Arkansas Hope Texarkana with her degree in Mortuary Science in May of 2024. She obtained her Funeral Director license and is currently serving her Embalmer Apprenticeship. She is pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Funeral Service Management from Mid-America College of Funeral Services. In her spare time, she enjoys glamping, photography, and spending time with her family.

Tracy Hatcher
Administrative Assistant/Funeral Director
Tracy joined Moore's Jacksonville Funeral Home in March of 2023 as an Administrative Assistant. She was born and raised in Jacksonville. Tracy is married to her husband, Terrance. They have two daughters, Zari and Alana along with three dogs, Angelina, Louie, and Jax.

Bradley Baker
Funeral Director Apprentice
Bradley was called to funeral services following the passing of his grandmother, Faye Allen, in 2020. He received both his Associate of Arts Degree and Associate’s Degree in Funeral Service from the University of Arkansas Hope Texarkana in 2024. Bradley joined Moore’s in 2024. In his spare time, he enjoys watching movies and T.V. shows with his partner, Adrian.

Bradley was called to funeral services following the passing of his grandmother, Faye Allen, in 2020.
